The spirit of wisdom must work hand in hand with the spirit of the Lord. Samson lacked this spirit even though he had the spirit of the Lord. When you are in charge, you need wisdom so that you will not crash. Kings and prophets operate by this spirit to speak over a situation – they do not speak with timidity or fear but with boldness. 10: 6 – “ The Spirit of the LORD will come powerfully upon you, and you will prophesy with them and you will be changed into a different person. But he told neither his father nor his mother what he had done. Judges 4: 6 – “ The Spirit of the LORD came powerfully upon him so that he tore the lion apart with his bare hands as he might have torn a young goat. A spiritual man judges all things and situations, yet he is judge of no one. The spirit of the Lord gives you mastery over issues. This is true of David, Elijah, Samson, Gideon etc. In the OT, before the men of God would perform, we would read that the spirit of the Lord came upon them. It is the spirit that gives you dominion, boldness and keeps you in charge. You need to press into new levels and into new and deeper things in God.Įph 5: 18-19 – “And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess but be filled with the Spirit speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord.” Spirit of the Lord Receiving the Holy Spirit is not just speaking in tongues, it is just a doorway into the spirit realm. 5: 6 – “And I beheld, and, see, in the middle of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the middle of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.” Where there are these seven lamps are seven different fires that represent the seven spirits of God – this means anyone who carries the fullness of this And out of the throne proceeded lightning and thunder and voices: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.” 4: 4-5 – “ And round about the throne were four and twenty seats: and on the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment and they had on their heads crowns of gold. This banner that would come to stand as the rod and banner for the people was Jesus. 10 says, “in that day the Root of Jesse will stand as a banner for the peoples the nations will rally to him, and his resting place will be glorious.

The Spirit of the Lord will rest on him- the Spirit of wisdom and of understanding, the Spirit of counsel and of might, the Spirit of the knowledge and fear of the Lord - and he will delight in the fear of the Lord. 11: 1-3 – “ A shoot will come up from the stump of Jesse from his roots a Branch will bear fruit. The will of God for you is to be filled with His Spirit – where there is the fullness of His spirit, you sit above situations and not the other way round.ĭeclare it this minute, I receive the fullness of the spirit.īeing filled with the Spirit of God is to operate on multi-dimensional levels of the seven spirits of God. It is the completeness of these spirits that we call the fullness of the Spirit.

The spirits of the Lord, wisdom, understanding, counsel, might, knowledge and the fear of the Lord – these are the seven spirits of God. God is a Spirit and those that worship Him must do this in spirit and in truth.
